Frequently Asked Questions

1. Is there a specific way to place my candles?

You can place them however you want, but we do recommend that you place the taller ones towards the back and the shorter ones in the front.

2. Can I reuse the candles?

Yes, you can up to two times. The total burn time for the candles is 4-6 hours. You DO NOT want to burn them all the way down to the hole. Otherwise, they will get stuck.

3. What do I do if my candles are wobbly?

You can gently twist the candles into the hole while holding the base to secure and blow off any  excess wax that falls out during the process.

4. Do you ship?

Yes, we do! It takes 5-7  business days to be delivered. Please allow allow up to 2 weeks for processing as our products are hand made.

5. Can I leave the candles on whenever I want?

ONLY with supervision. CELEBRiTE is meant to be enjoyed lit while surrounded with loved friends and family. It is never to be unattended or left burning for a long period of time.

6. Returns

If you are not satisfied with your product, we are happy to return your box/tower and candles for a full refund, minus a 25% restocking fee. We cannot return any used, broken or custom ordered candles and boxes/towers.

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

CAUTION: 

Base must be layed on a flat surface and lit candles must be monitored at all times. Avoid burning candles in a drafty area, so that it doesn't burn unevenly and rapidly burns. Always store candles, in a dry, cool place and trim candle wicks for even burning. Light candles AWAY from any other flammable subtances or materials.

 

LIT CANDLES ARE A FIRE HAZZARD AND MUST BE ATTENED TO AT ALL TIMES. CANDLES MAY CAUSE SERIOUS BURNS OR INJURY AND MUST NEVER BE LEFT WITHIN A CHILDS REACH WITHOUT SUPERVISION.
